- Disposal laws and municipal programs are editorial summaries that may be incomplete or out of date. They are not legal advice. Verify current rules with the relevant state environmental agency, the Mattress Recycling Council, PaintCare, or your local sanitation department before relying on them.
- You are responsible for how you dispose of your items and for complying with applicable laws.
